Today’s tutorial is using the limited edition stamp set called Snow is Glistening, from the “Snowflake Showcase Collection”.
I have embossed the Christmas Tree, and added some silver chunky glitter! I just love the look. I also embossed the top of the front panel using the Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, from Stampin’ Up!
As alway I have used Whisper White (thick) Card stock. I very rarely use any other color.
This collection is only available until the end of November 2018. To be honest I wish I had purchased the die set as well, as it has some beautiful snow flake dies, and lots of them, along with the trinkets and well, lets face it, the whole collection would be nice, however, I have just glimpsed the Occasions and Sale-A-Bration, catalogue for 2019. Yes! There will be spending!

Today’s tutorial, is Bermuda Bay!!
I was reshuffling my desk and getting ready to upload my next tutorial, when I started to play with the scrap DSP Shine on Specialty Designer Series Paper, again!
I am very happy that I did, because as you can see Bermuda Bay is the colour of the day. So lush and deep in colour, and blended with that particular DSP, well I am still not tired of looking at it.
I hope you enjoy making this card, I certainly did. I loved using the “Birthday Blooms” stamp set again! Lol all in all. I am quite happy with the result.

Hello everyone and thank you for joining me today for this tutorial. I love this Designer Series Paper (DSP) from Stampin’Up! one side shines, with silver foil imprinted patterns and the other side, has an array of differing colours and patterns to choose from. For me however, it is the shiny side that I want to play with.
I think I managed to use this piece nicely, by pretending it is rain, falling towards the soft red rose birthday bloom. Plus it was raining today here in Sydney and summer is coming to an end, which makes us all a bit sad I am sure.
Hope you enjoyed the tutorial.
